“R&D Portfolio Analysis Tools and Methodologies”
The primary objectives of this two-day workshop were: (1) to improve coordination between the disparate research on different elements of energy technology portfolio analysis in academia, national laboratories, and other research institutions, as well as between developers and users of these techniques; and (2) to identify the current gaps in research and develop a concrete strategy for filling those gaps in a way that will facilitate the applicability of energy technology portfolio analysis to real decisions.
